Section 11A(2)(ii) in The M.P. Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhumihin Vyakti (Pattadhruti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiva Jana) Rules, 1998

(ii)The notice of such a meeting specifying the date, time and place shall be despatched to the Competent Authority and every member of the Mohalla Sabha seven clear days before the meeting.
