354.
Every appeal under Section 72 (2) shall be made in the form of a memorandum signed by the appellant or his Advocate and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the decision or order appealed from and shall set forth the grounds of objection concisely and under distinct heads. The memorandum and its annexures shall be filed in duplicate with a complete index of the papers filed.
