Section 28(a) in Tamil Nadu Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017
(a)The grants from the Government, the registration fee paid by the promoters, at the time of registration of application, the revenue generated from advertisement charges on the website of the Authority, the registration fees paid by the Real Estate Agent at the time of registration received under the Act and interest accrued on the grants and fees will accrue to the Real Estate Regulatory Fund.
