Section 16(1)(vii) in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003

(vii)twenty members by teachers of affiliated colleges (excluding Deans of Faculties and Principles of Colleges) of whom fifteen shall be teachers having teaching experience of not less than ten years in a college or in any University established by law in the State from amongst themselves in the manner specified in the Statues;
