2. On the last date i.e., 12th December, 2025, the Court had directed both parties to file the replies to the present applications.

3. The replies are stated to have been filed by the Petitioner - India Tourism Development Corporation Limited (hereinafter "ITDC"). The same are, however, not on record.

4. Let the same be brought on record within one week with advance service upon ld. Counsel for the Petitioner.

5. In the meantime, the ITDC shall take a decision within two weeks, as to which of the applicants would be entitled to extension, if any, in terms of W.P.(C) 2638/2018 Page 1 of 2 This is a digitally signed order.
