Section 31(1) in The Chhattisgarh Primary Education Act, 1961
(1)the State Government may, by notification and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification, authorise any officers or authority subordinate to it to exercise all or any of the powers conferred on the State Government by or under this Act.
