Section 3(s) in The M.P. Electricity Reforms First Transfer Scheme Rules, 2003
(s)"Transferee" means TRANSCO or GENCO or DISCOM-1, or D1SCOM-2 or DISCOM-3, as the case may be in whom the functions and undertakings of the Board are vested in terms of the provisions of the Act read with these Scheme Rules;
