1. The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the FIR No. 0084/2018 under Section 323/341/427/452/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Paschim Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed.

2. The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. He has joined the proceedings through videoconferencing. The respondent nos. 3, respondent no. 4 and one Rahul had also allegedly suffered injuries in the incident. They have also joined the proceedings through videoconferencing and are identified by the IO.

3. The said respondents now state that they have now since resolved all their differences and disputes with the petitioners and have no grievances against them. They join the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be Signature Not Verified Signed By:Dushyant Rawal Location: Signing Date:19.10.2020 22:42:17 quashed.

4. The petitioner no.1 has joined the proceedings from the Central Jail Rohini and petitioner no.2 has also joined the proceedings through videoconferencing. They are identified by their counsel. They confirm that they have since resolved all their disputes and differences in terms of the settlement dated 11.03.2018. They also state that they have no grievances against the respondent nos. 2 to 4 and Rahul.

5. In view of the statements made by the concerned parties (petitioners, respondent nos. 2 to 4 and Rahul) this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

6. Accordingly, FIR No. 0084/2018 under Section 323/341/427/452/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Paschim Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
