(3)In the case of encumbrances certificate involving search in the records of more than one office consolidated certificate should be issued by the officer to whom the application was made in the first instance after obtaining reports from the concerned office. An officer who makes a search at the request of another officer shall therefore record the result of the search on the application so forwarded.Part - XVIII Endorsements and Certificate(Sections 52, 58, 60 and 61)
