57. Meetings of the Committee of the Local Board.
(1)The meetings of the Committee of the Local Board shall be convened by the Secretary or, in his absence, by the deputy secretary from time to time as he may consider necessary having regard to the business to be transacted at such meetings.(2)Two members of the Committee shall form a quorum.(3)The minutes of the Committee of the Local Board shall be laid before the Local Board as soon as possible after each meeting. A copy of the minutes of each meeting of the Committee of the Local Board shall also be sent forthwith to the chairman who shall cause the same to be laid before the Committee of the Central Board.(4)Save as otherwise provided in these regulations, the provisions of the Act and these regulations shall apply to the meetings of the Committee of the Local Board as if they were meetings of the Local Board.
