Section 25(3) in The West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995
(3)No suit, prosecution or other proceeding shall lie against any officer or other employee of the University for any act done or purported to have been done under this Act or the Statutes without the previous sanction of the Council.
