Section 57(1) in The Orissa Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1964
(1)Wiring within the enclosure and for the emergency lighting circuit shall be in screwed piping except that where flexible cables are necessary the flexible portion shall be either steel armoured or enclosed in suitable flexible metallic steel tubing.
