Section 11(1) in Uttarakhand Disaster Mitigation, Management and Prevention Act, 2005
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Authority shall be primarily responsible for promoting an integrated and coordinated system of disaster management, including prevention or mitigation of disaster, by the local authorities, stakeholders and communities.
