Section 5(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISH FEED (QUALITY CONTROL) ACT, 2020
(1)The Government may, by notification constitute the Fish Feed Quality Control Committee to advise the Controlling Authority on all matters relating to registration, licensing and control of fish feed business operations and to enforce the provisions of the Act and the rules made thereunder.
