Section 7(1) in The M.P. Atyavashyak Seva Sandharan Tatha Vichchinnata Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1979
(1)Whoever contravenes, abets or attempts to contravene any of the provisions of Section 5, except clause (iii) thereof, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.
