35.
Within sixty (60) days, from the receipt of the communication as provided in 29 or sub-(3) of 32, in case the measure is inconsistent, the exporting Signatory Party may request for consultation to the Joint Administration Committee of this Agreement, stating the technical and legal reasons that would indicate that the measure adopted by the competent authorities of the importing Signatory Party are not consistent with these Rules; and/or request a technical advice with the aim of establishing whether the goods under investigation fulfil the origin rules of this Agreement.
