(c)if he acquires directly or indirectly by himself or by any other persons any pecuniary interest m any contract or employment in or on behalf of the University or becomes an officer in any company registered under the Companies Act, 1959, (1 of 1956) which has any such interest and if the Chancellor, consultation with the concerned Syndicate, considers that on the grounds aforesaid the membership shall be terminated:
