Section 5(2) in The Haryana Local Area Development Tax Act, 2000
(2)The deduction claimed under sub-section (1) of this Section shall be subject to production of such proof in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed. The assessing authority may ask for any relevant evidence to satisfy itself about the genuineness and correctness of the proof furnished.
