63. Rewards to persons in the service of Government.
- Rewards may be given to a person in the service of the Government in cases where it is no part of the routine duties of that official to bring to light any infraction of stamp law. Rewards may be given to record keepers for this special services:Provided that the Inspector General of stamps may also grant certificates of good to the official contemplated in the above rule whether a reward has been sanctioned or not.
