Section 12(1) in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 2015

(1)The Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh shall be the President of the Institute and shall also be Chairman of the Governing Body. Meetings of the Institute shall be convened as per directions of the President.
