40. Saving and repeal
- Save as otherwise provided in this Act, any rule or regulation with regard to affiliation, admission, migration, curricula staff, examination or any other matter, as applicable before the commencement of this Act, shall remain applicable as such till rules or regulations are framed under this Act.
