Section 8(d) in Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (Conditions of service of the Officers and other Employees) Regulations, 2016
(d)final selection of the candidate(s) shall be made by the Appointing Authority on the basis of combined evaluation of the candidate's performance in interview or written test or both, as the case may be and his qualification or job experience.
