Section 7(a) in Himachal Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) and Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2015
(a)(i)if the applicant is an individual, his name, nationality, profession and residence; and(ii)if the applicant is a partnership firm, a company or an association or body of individuals, whether incorporated or not, its name, nature and place of business and place of registration or incorporation;
