37. Export and sale of trophies regulated. -
No person shall export or transfer by gift, sale or otherwise, to any person any trophy unless he is in possession of a certificate of ownership therefor, and such certificate shall be delivered or sent by post to the transferee at the time of export or transfer.Explanation. - For the purposes of this section, "export" means to take out of the [State of Maharashtra] otherwise than across a customs frontier.
