Section 1 in Karnataka Right to Information Act, 2000
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Right to Information Act, 2000.(2)It shall come into force from such date, as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
