Section 93(12) in The Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961
(12)After completion of the enquiry, the application together with his report shall be submitted by the Enquiry Officer to the Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Bank together with the following certificates, namely: -(a)Certificate regarding outstanding Government dues;(b)Any other relevant certificate.
