Section 12(2) in Jharkhand Academic Council Act, 2002
(2)[ Vacancy of the post of Chairman or member due to disqualification. If the Chairman or any Member of the Council is disqualified under section 11(2) His post shall be deemed to have fallen vacant with effect from the date of disqualification. The vacancy caused on account of disqualification shall be published in the official Gazette by the State Government.
