(4)Notwithstanding anything in any other law for the time being in force, no educational institution which has not been recognised or the recognition of which has been withdrawn under this Act shall be entitled (a)to receive any grant-in-aid from the State funds or other financial assistance from the Government;(b)to send up candidates for examinations in course of study conducted under this Act.
