Section 7(b) in The Jammu and Kashmir Standards of Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1997
(b)Every other officer authorised by or under this Act to perform any duty, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section (21) of the State Ranbir Penal Code, Samvat 1989.
