Section 1 in The Himachal Pradesh Tenancy And Land Reforms (Amendment) Act, 1987
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms (Amendment) Act, 1987.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force from the date of commencement of the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, 1972, but section 3 and section 4, in so far as it amends clause (g) and the second proviso to clause (i) of sub-section (2), sub-section (3) and sub-section (4) of section 118 of the said Act, shall come into force at once.
