1. This is an application seeking early hearing of the present petition on the ground that the respondent though has a judgment and decree of recovery of possession in her favour, yet is out of possession and by virtue of the stay orders in the present petition, the petitioner continues to remain out of possession.
2. The present matter was admitted on 29.01.2018 and has remained in the Regular Board since then.
3. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The petition may be listed for hearing.
4. The application stands disposed of.
