6. Person to whom an order refusing the registration of a Cooperative Society may be sent by the Registrar.
- The applicants of the proposed Co-operative Society shall intimate while sending the application for registration, the name and address of one of the applicants to whom the order passed by the Registrar under Sub-section (4) of Section 8 shall be communicated through registered post, together with the reasons of refusal.
