Section 7(5) in Bihar Urban Local Body (Community Participation) Rules, 2013
(5)As nearly as possible but not exceeding fifty percent of the total number of seats reserved under Sub-Rule (2) shall be reserved for women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Classes, as the case may be.
