Section 3 in The Karnataka Money-Lenders Act, 1961
3. Appointment of Registrar General, Registrars and Assistant Registrars.—
The State Government may, by notification, appoint a Registrar General, Registrars and Assistant Registrars of Money-lenders for the purposes of this Act and may define the areas within which each such officer shall exercise his powers and perform his duties.
