1. Present petition has been preferred by the alleged husband on the ground that his wife is illegally detained by her parents.
2. Rule. Learned APP, Mr.H.L.Jani, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
3. Perusal of the file shows that application is accompanied by a Certificate given by the Notary Public according to which marriage has been registered. Notary Public is not a proper authority for registration of marriage nor he is empowered to notarize such documents. Resultantly, this application is dismissed. Rule discharged. He will be free to file the petition after he obtains marriage registration certificate.
