205. Presumption of service by registered post.
The service of a communication shall be deemed to be effected by properly addressing, prepaying and posting by registered post and unless the contrary is proved, to have been effected at the time at which the communication would be delivered in the ordinary course of post.First ScheduleForm IForm of application for the registration of a Co-operative Society with limited liability[Rule 9(1)]
