Section 6(2) in Agriculture University, Kota Act, 2013
(2)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (1), the University shall reserve seats for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other categories specified by the Government or candidates from other States in India:Provided that no such person shall be entitled to be admitted to the University unless he meets the standards laid down by the University in respect of such candidates.
