7. Refusal of Registration.
- The Authority may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, refuse to grant the certificate of registration to any applicant and shall furnish him with a copy of the order so passed :Provided that before rejecting such application, the Authority shall give a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the applicant.
