(10)The Trust may suspend or cancel the registration [, based on the facts and circumstances of each case by recording reasons in writing] [Inserted by Notification No. F. No. 184/NT Rules/Regulations/2015-16, dated 9.7.2018 (w.e.f. 3.8.2001).] for any misuse or abuse of the registration after giving an opportunity of being heard to the applicant.
