213. Head Gear.
(1)The head gear to be worn by any person while driving or riding on a motor cycle shall be of the I.S.I. specification No. 181-4151-19776 as amended from time to time.(2)The provision of Section 129 of the Act, shall not apply to a woman or a child who is not more than 12 years of age.
