Section 9(viii) in Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016
(viii)After approval of the District Officer on the reservation roaster point prepared in accordance with the reservation roaster point determined by the General Administration Department applications shall be invited for filing up the vacant fair price shops by advertisement at least in two daily news papers.
