Section 77 in University of Udaipur Officers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976

77. Disciplinary authorities.

- (i) The appointing authority may impose on an officer any of the penalties specified in rule 76.
(ii)The Vice-Chancellor or any other competent authority may impose on an officer any of the penalties specified in clauses (i), (ii) & (iii) of rule 76.
