Section 1 in The Trading With The Enemy (Continuance Of Emergency Provisions) Act, 1947
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Trading with the Enemy (Continuance of Emergency Provisions) Act, 1947 .(2) 1 It extends to the whole of India 2 ; and it applies also to all citizens of India outside India.](3)It shall come into force on the 25th day of March, 1947 .
