Appellant to file the affidavit of valuation within four weeks' time.

Learned advocate, Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh appearing on behalf of Mrs. Anil Katiyar, advocate on record for respondent No. 1 (Union of India) submits that he has already filed the vakalatnama and the counter affidavit, but as per the office report, counter affidavit has not been filed. Registry to verify.

Four weeks' time is granted to respondent No. 2 for filing counter affidavit.

Parties have not filed the Statements of Case and the stipulated time has expired.

List again on 6th of November, 2017.
