Section 66(2) in The Gujarat Agricultural Universities Act, 2004

(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947) or any other law for the time being in force, a person, who has ceased to be an officer by virtue of clause (a) of sub-section (1) or an officer or servant of the dissolved University who is transferred to any of the new Universities as a result of the allotment made under clause (g) of sub-section (1), shall not be entitled to any compensation for such cesser or transfer, under this Act or any other law for the time being in force and no such claim shall be entertained by any court, tribunal or other authority.[Schedule I] [Substituted by Gujarat Act No. 9 of 2014, dated 25.7.2014.](See Clause (20) of Section 2)University Area
