Section 1 in The Haryana Municipal Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1974
1. Short title, commencement and extent.
(1)The Act may be called the Haryana Municipal Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1974.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26th day of January, 1970.
