22. Monthly audit of expenditure by Inspector-General.
- Subject to the provision of the preceding rule, the Inspector-General shall cause monthly bill of all expenditure of whatever description, on or relating to jails and correctional services to be sent regularly to him and shall himself audit such bills or cause them to be duly audited under his direction and orders.
