Section 35(1) in The Bombay Prevention Of Begging Act, 1959
(1)[Chief Commissioner] [Substituted by G.S.R. 638, dated 2nd June, 1960] may by notification in the [Delhi Gazette] [Substituted by G.S.R. 638, dated 2nd June, 1960] and subject to the condition of previous publication, make rules, for carrying out the purpose of this Act.
