Section 30(1) in Haryana Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2018
(1)The State Monitoring Committee, shall review and monitor the implementation of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Schemes for the projects within two months of the publication of the approved schemes by the Commissioner under section 18 and thereafter, the meetings of the Committee shall be held once in three months to review and monitor the implementation of the rehabilitation and resettlement schemes.
