125. Design, architecture and specification.
- The Inspector General shall, with the prior sanction of the Administration and in consultation with the Public Works Department and the Health Department, specify the design, architecture and specifications of each and every part of the structures constituting the prisons, the layout of the structures and other matters concerning them keeping in mind the safe custody, health and comfort of the prisoners and the officers of the prison.
